CDX plywood normally use pine veneer as the face and back, and CDX plvwood has one side veneer grade "C" and one side veneer grade "D”. So we called CDX plvwood.lt is used primarilyby contractors to build exterior walls and roofs. The base board use high strength Full fresh core plywood. Mainly used for structural and load-bearing applications such as: roofs, floors, wall coverings, packaging and joinery.

Phenolic Glue meets Weatherproof bonding according to EN 314-2/Class 3, outdoor. meets emission class E1 in EN 13986 on low formaldehyde emission, German ChemVerbotsV - so-called emission class E05 / M1 emission classification / French VOC regulation A+.
1) Inner packing: Inside pallet is wrapped with a 0.20mm plastic bag.
2) Outer packing: Pallets are covered with 2mm package plywood or carton and then steel tapes for strengthening.
Pine CDX is versatile and is excellent for utility jobsite needs such as temporary steps, ramps or bridges.
According to usage scenarios, it can be divided into 2 categories:
Indoor use CDX plywood: indoor CDX plywood mainly use the E1 waterproof glue.
Outdoor use CDX plywood: outdoor CDX plywood mainly use Phenolic Glue or WBP Melamine Glue. For the edge processing, You can choose tongue and groove (TG2 or TG4) and straight edge (SQE). All of our plywood sheets are CE and FSC certified.
